3 Simple Steps to Claim your Scholarship

Step 1 – Registration at School Reception

  • Till 1 day before examination

Complete the scholarship registration at the school reception and select your preferred examination date.

Step 2 – Appear & Get Evaluated

  • Result in 2 days after exam

The students take the entrance cum scholarship assessment test wherein scholarship eligibility is determined on the basis of performance above the qualifying benchmark.

Step 3 – Confirm Admission

  • Confirm admission in 2 days

Qualified students secure their scholarship benefit and enroll in their respective academic class.

Merit-Based Scholarship Program for Bright Future Leaders

If Students scores

• 50% and above – 5% scholarship     on tuition fees

• 60% and above – 10%                       scholarship

• 70% and above – 20%                       scholarship

• 80% and above – 30%                       scholarship

• 90% and above – 40%                        scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 50% score required to qualify.
  • Scholarship is based on overall aggregate percentage.
  • Scholarship applies only to academic tuition fees.
  • Valid for one academic year.
  • Continuation is subjected to performance review.

Scholarship cum Entrance Exam Procedure

  1. The examination is conducted for students from Preschool to Class IX.
  2. The syllabus is aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
  3. The focus is on conceptual understanding rather than rote learning.
  4.  The primary objective is           merit-based admission             screening.

Subjects & Marks Structure

  1. Preschool to Class IV: English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS.
  2. Class V to Class IX: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science.
  3. Each subject carries 10 marks.
  4. The total examination are 40 & 50 respectively.
  5. Scholarship consideration is based on overall aggregate percentage.

Question Pattern & Design

  1. The paper includes a mix of MCQs and written response questions.
  2. Fill-in-the-blanks and short answer questions are included.
  3. Internal choices are provided wherever applicable.
  4. There is no negative marking.
  5. The overall difficulty level is moderate.

Examination Conduct & Duration

  1. The exam duration ranges from 1 to 1.5 hours depending on class level.
  2. The examination is conducted offline at the school premises.
  3. A maximum of 20 students are accommodated per batch.
  4. A structured seating plan is maintained for discipline.
  5. Preschool assessments are conducted in written/oral format. 

Subjects & Marks Structure

  1. Answer keys are prepared in advance for transparency.
  2. Papers are evaluated by subject experts.
  3. No grace marks are awarded under any circumstance.
  4. Result will be declared within two working days.
  5. Result are announced in percentage format.
